Welcome Back to the JOBS.CA.GOV Website!
The enhanced State of California Jobs website (JOBS.CA.GOV) was implemented on January 30, 2012. When the new format was implemented, access to profiles, exam bulletins and vacancy listings was restored. Also, all Applications-on-File created before the website went down on January 20, 2012, have been saved and can be accessed by logging in through the My Profile screen.
As described in the December 5th memo, all exam applications and result notices needed to be printed prior to January 20, as not all exam applications and results notices were able to be transferred to the new format. Departmental Personnel units will continue to be able to access all eligibility records and can be contacted to do so. CalHR is unable to provide a printed or electronic copy of results notices.
Since individual examination records are inaccessible, work preferences and addresses will no longer be able to be changed online for exam records. If you have changed your address and have applied to take an exam, or received exam results, please contact the department administrating the exam. If you competed in an examination administered by CalHR, you may mail a written request to change your address to:
California Department of Human Resources
Attn: Exam Unit
1515 S Street
Sacramento, California 95811
Many of the internet exams administered by CalHR, provide the option to electronically submit a COI (change of information) request, instead of mailing a written request. The COI page is accessed by logging in to My Profile. Select the exam you have taken, then re-log in to update your information.
