Job Description and Duties

  • Coordinate the functionality, content, compilation, analysis and reporting of all user experience data specifically within the Lottery’s Public Websites. Independently coordinate and recommend specific content, key metrics and report to management and other key staff to communicate results and suggest optimization approaches. Work closely with Lottery’s Sales units, the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD), and digital platform 3rd party agencies to execute initiatives. Coordinate with Consumer Marketing and Advertising and Product Development to provide cogent and relevant information. Work cross-functionally with content management system specialists and all internal stakeholders to ensure that the Lottery’s Digital Program results are timely and inclusive.
  • Coordinate the promotional content, compilation and reporting of all user experience data specifically with the Lottery’s social media channels. Independently coordinate and recommend specific content, key metrics and reports to management and other key staff to communicate results and suggest optimization approaches. Work closely with the Lottery’s Corporate Communications Division staff to coordinate the content calendar of posts.
  • Assist in the oversight for localization or the adaptation of content for the Lottery’s designated languages. Work closely with 3rd party agencies to ensure the ‘look and feel’ of the adapted content represents the Lottery appropriately and provides an excellent user experience.
  • Assist with the development of functionality and user experience within mobile websites and applications. Work closely with Lottery’s Sales units and the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) and digital platform 3rd party agencies.  
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Chief, Consumer Marketing & Advertising, and the Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing and other duties as assigned.
