Job Description and Duties


Under the direction of the BSO II Supervisor in the Central Services Section, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the current Office Assistants. The incumbent will assist with the delivery of mail, supplies, and other material to and from various department locations and private businesses, and other state agencies. The incumbent will support the Office Assistants sort mail and other material in preparation of delivery as well as operate a postage machine with the purpose of sealing, affixing correct postage on materials to be mailed. The incumbent will also assist with filing or digital scanning.
