Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II, in the Human Resources Unit, the incumbent functions as an Associate Personnel Analyst and performs complex technical and analytical work and provides expert analysis and program direction in all areas associated with the State’s Examinations program related to the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz). Makes decisions, provides advice, and assists with varied and difficult selection issues. Act as liaison with the California Human Resources Department (CalHR) in the areas of Training, Employee Assistance Program and Health and Wellness consultants and GO-Biz managers and supervisors.
