Job Description and Duties

The Employment Training Panel’s San Diego Regional Office is recruiting for an SSA.  This is a Permanent Intermittent (PI) position, working approximately 32-40 hours weekly.  ETP is looking for someone who will learn to work independently & on a team in a challenging, fast-paced work environment of multiple time sensitive high priority assignments; learn data management, have good customer communications skills, and develop the ability to work under deadline pressure.

Candidates for this position should be a self-motivated, independent, dependable, and organized individual who has excellent communication skills.

Candidates should possess the experience and ability to meet strict deadlines, multi task, and effectively communicate with a variety of people in person, on the telephone, and in writing.

Good interpersonal skills are vital and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality is critical.
Knowledge of the UI program, MS Office applications, and training/presentation experience, also desirable.
