Department Information

California Correctional Health Care Services-Richard J. Donovan located in San Diego, California.

Job Description and Duties

The Certified Nursing Assistant Correctional Facility (CNA), under medical or licensed nursing supervision, performs simple nursing tasks involved in the care of physically ill or disabled patients incarcerated in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.  Performs Health Care related duties consistent with the CNA Scope of Practice.  A detailed duty statement is available on request.

Special Requirements

  • The position(s) require(s) a Valid CA CNA Certificate Certificate. You will be required to provide a copy of your certificate prior to being hired.
