Job Description and Duties

Under the general supervision of the Lottery Ticket Sales Supervisor, the Program Technician II, PI provides telephone services on a wide variety of lottery-related issues to Lottery retailers and internal staff.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Access the PROCALL system to provide Instant Game service support to the retailer network, this includes confirming and activating packs of Scratchers® and issuing inventory.
  • Assist occasionally with inventory for retailers within an assigned territory or territories, based in either the Northern or Southern Region
  • Assist retailers with various items, which may include and not be limited to: ticket delivery, Scratchers® pack transfers, lost packs, and game information
  • Utilize the PROCALL system to retrieve and provide assistance in resolving ticket and transaction problems
  • Research and verify entries to ensure orders are properly keyed.
  • Work with District Sales Representative and district offices to resolve problems such as lost, stolen, delivery errors, or transfer of Scratchers® and change of retailer ownership
  • Remain up-to-date on all games, promotions and features as well as ensuring timely reviews are completed and that retailers have sufficient Scratchers® tickets to maximize sales
  • Assist with special projects internally or with other program areas
