Responsibilities include:

  • Utilize software development tools and programming languages including; but not limited to: HTML5, CSS3, Python, JavaScript, JQuery, C #, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF and Web Services, to design, build and maintain web applications and websites.
  • Good understanding of common relational databases structures (Oracle and MySQL), and Structured Query Language (SQL) skills.
  • Basic understanding of GIS concepts and spatial data, ESRI Tools (i.e. ArcGIS Desktop, ArcMap, ArcToolbox, ArcGIS Server, etc.).

Who are we looking for?

The role of the Associate Information Systems Analyst is to design and develop code, test, analyze, and maintain new and existing software programs and applications. A successful candidate for this position will possess an innovative mix of skills in software development and business analysis. Design and implement solutions for departmental business needs, working in cross-functional teams. You are a proactive solution seeker that is customer service focused and able to work with a variety of business stakeholders and technical team members within a dynamic environment. You must be a self-starter and drive key processes from conception to completion. You will require proficiency and a deep understanding of navigating through the entire business analysis and software development lifecycle.
